Although clinical research has been conducted on narcissism as a disorder, less is known about its effects on victims who are in toxic relationships with partners with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Individuals with this disorder engage in chronic devaluation and manipulation of their partners, a psychological and emotional phenomenon known as "narcissistic abuse". Unfortunately, the full extent of what narcissistic abuse entails is not taught in any psychology class or diagnostic manual.

Publisher's summary
Narcissists manipulate and hurt people. They seek to make your life an extension of theirs and delete your boundaries. They dehumanize you!
Can you relate to any of the statements above?
If so, then keep reading...
James was the perfect partner for the first few months after I met him. He seemed to be a proper gentleman and was caring to a fault. I could barely point out any flaws in him. And then, it all began..
The man I married gradually revealed his narcissistic nature. I became the victim of a carefully-orchestrated plan to take me out of touch with who I was. I learned to tolerate abuse, emotional, and verbal. I lived in fear of everything - of displeasing him or even, of being myself.
For the 10 years I was married to James, life was a jumble of pain, abuse, fear, emotional devastation, codependency, and short, intermittent doses of care that confirmed to me that I was bad, and he was good.
In Narcissism No More, here’s just a fraction of what you’ll discover:
- A day in the life of a narcissistic victim
- The top 5 ways to communicate with a narcissist
- Why you need to make new relationships and shouldn’t be scared of them
- How to draw boundaries and face your fears
- 2 super powers to fend off narcissism
- How you can rebuild a damaged relationship and not call it quits
- 4 ways to put an end to a narcissistic relationship
- And so much more...
With that, I have good news. You don’t have to go through this pain for a moment longer. No one can hurt you if you choose not to be hurt.
Would you like to know how to recover and heal from the emotional abuse a toxic relationship has placed on you?
Get this audiobook now, and get ready to finally heal, recover, and learn how to love yourself once again.

Really really REALLY good
I have read quite a few books on narcissism now and this one stood out for me. Great execution and it really has made a positive change in my relationship ever since I finished the book and started applying some techniques like drawing boundaries and how to properly face my fears

This book gave a clinical view of narcissism
This book gave a clinical view of narcissism and explained it in plain English . This is a must read for anyone who works with the public or wants to gain a deeper understanding of psychological behaviors and how to deal with people.
