Meh...
Basically it’s the same as the other books all over again with some commentary by Edward. Just trying to keep Edward and Bella story “alive” a little longer.

Wrong Voice for narrator/Edward
They chose the wrong person to read- the voice is too flat, deep, rough, and angry sounding. It’s just...wrong. I couldn’t get past the first few chapters. I’m going to just read it on kindle instead.

Unbelievable Performance by Jake Abel
I read the Twilight books in my mid-20’s, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this book as a 40-year old. I enjoyed getting things from Edward’s perspective, definitely a more mature version of the story. But what really impressed me was the narrator. Jake Abel is one of the best narrators I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. Bravo!

The long wait was definitely worth it.
Loved Edwards version. I'm torn witch was better hers or his. Thank you for writing this. I also hope you are inspired to write the rest from Edwards side also. Amazing how in depth his mind truly is. You did a great job bringing that wonderful side to us.

Edward’s struggles are so “human”
I’m a fan of Edward’s internal dialogue and appreciate the narrators performance. Edward’s struggle with loving Bella but not wanting her to be a vampire feel so real and “human.” Their teasing and flirty humor is just icing on the cake.
