Great Listen

Listening to this copy really puts into perspective of what ADHD is but really provides clarity how to progress ourselves each and every day on handling ADHD as adults. The author really paints a picture and shares important aspects on handling day to day life such as handling your own emotions along with relationships with others around you. It also touches base with your personal life as well. Really enjoyed this and would recommend.

So many valuable tips in this book!

I loved the tips in this to help you thrive as an adult with ADHD! I especially loved the productivity tips, because as someone who gets easily distracted, it can become a vicious cycle of trying to get the same things done over and over then getting frustrated with the lack of results. I also love how the author incorporates balance into everything, without overwhelming you. Highly recommend this book!
