Extremely helpful. Very clear and precise instructions, while allowing for complete personal freedom, to develop your own style of meditation. Answers many questions about the practice, how's and why's. Thank you for this knowledge.

Easy to follow and effective

Generally, it is sagacious and illuminates. Attempting to discover approaches to unwind and misery and this helped me a lot. Great book.

Excellent presentation.

I am a therapist who is well aware of all of the great research supporting the benefits of meditation for mental health. Getting my patients to meditate has been very difficult despite all of the evidence and other workbooks I have used.

Informative book.

As a person who has experience with meditation, I can say that this book is great for someone just starting out or someone who has been practicing for years. This book's main focus is to bring mindfulness into your everyday life, not just when meditating. It awakens us from our day to day routines and allows us to be present in every moment.

Great guidance

As I begin my meditation practice, this guide has been helpful in breaking meditation into smaller pieces to work towards my final goal of a regular practice. It takes time to develop a good habit that is long lasting. There are lots of tips to vary your practice to make it more meaningful. Great go to book!

great advice positive quotes and thoughts
