Great Story

Amazing detail, very engaging. Narrator did an awesome job with characters. Not a traditional mythology tale. Loved it!

I really enjoyed this novel, the twist of mythology and the modern world had very interesting concepts.

I absolutely loved this book, it was a good pace, and the character development was really good.

Fast Paced, but not in depth

I really wanted to get into the book but surprisingly the pace threw me off. Typically I prefer fast pace,but this felt like hopping from fight, to fight, to event, to event. There wasn't enough buildup for me because something was constantly happening, so things felt a bit shallow in terms of character development and plot. That being sad I can see why many readers like, because there are a lot of fun elements. Just not for me.

The narrator was alright. A bit flat at times and fine at others.

Great Book

A unique take on mythology. This story was engaging and addictive. Definitely will read again in the future.

Lore

Overall, I enjoyed Lore. There was a lot of action and a bit of romance, but the Greek mythology and characters were the best parts of the story. It was a bit bloodier than I thought it’d be, but that wasn’t a negative for me.

I was happily surprised that this wasn’t going to be a series. The ending felt final but I think if Alexandra Bracken wanted to expand on this world then she could. I’m glad the plot wasn’t dragged out and ended the way it did.

Loved it

It was well written and well read with an actress that did different voices/accents/tones to differentiate the characters.
I LOVED this book, some twists were warmly well received, others were like a shot to the gut. If you like fantasy and Greek mythology this is the book for you. I couldn’t recommend it more!

This was a wonderful book for all ages. Highly recommend for road trips with the family.
