Maybe better in print

Among other things, the publisher decided to not include a PDF and instead included a narrated preface stating that there are references in the audiobook to tables/charts that only exist in printed or e-book copies. If I'd purchased the book with a credit, rather than cash, I would've returned it as soon as I heard that
