Understanding and comprehensive
This listen was helpful in understanding intermittent fasting while having an understanding tone of the challenges faced while trying to lose weight. I liked the IRL stories included in the book and appreciated how the chapter on binge eating addressed the societal pressures on women to look a certain way vs. the desire to have joyful human experiences ie. ice cream with the kids.

After listening to this book, I have started my intermittent fasting and hope to lose 10 lbs over the next few months.
