Excellent pick me up

Excellent reminder to change my negative mindset to positive. There were many good tips to change my mindset and to begin making myself, my top priority. I had begun thinking it was everyone else that expected so much from me. What we tend to forget is we put ourselves in the position for that to happen. We put ourselves on the back burner thinking that by putting everyone else first we are doing the right thing. I am once again encouraged to make myself my first priority and my goals. Strengthen my mindset and fine tune my goals and priorities.

Would the thinking suggested cure homelessness?

I wish that those trying to help the homeless would give people this book or the audible version. I firmly believe the changes suggested in this book would help. We simply need statistical evidence.
