LynDee Walker has another best seller on her hands with this Nichelle Clarke book. Very intense and exciting especially with Therese Plummer narrating!

Another great one!

Exciting story from start to finish. I wish there were more in the series as I love spending time with all the characters in this series!

Hidden Victims

After the ending of the last book, I knew… I knew this book was going to be interesting.

Not only because the 3 are not attached to the paper anymore that was going to be exciting either way.

But the Joey and Nichelle and Kyle thing, I think Kyle finally knows Nichelle isn’t looking to him for comfort. She is all about Joey but to keep them both safe he can’t actually be with her.

Then the news doesn’t sleep and Nichelle finds herself in the middle of a really big pickle.

I will say her finding the dead bodies like she did threw me. Because at that point I had no idea what was going on.
I never suspected, then when she finds Joey like she did it was INTENSE.

I loved it, I want more like now, ha ha. And Therese Plummer does such a great job with this series she makes me want more.

Better than last book

I think this book is even better than the last book. Which really surprised me because I really enjoyed the blast book
The reader is excellent also she has just tight amount of drama in her voice my biggest regret is that there's not another one bin this series

Love love the narrator. Story great as always. Really like the main character Nichelle

Exciting, Funny, Stressful

I read and listened to all 8 books in this series in 2 weeks. yep, that's what I did over this Holiday Season. I gave 4 stars because the curse words were a bit overwhelming in this book. It was surprising than Nichelle cursed a lot too. Her shoe expletives had been perfect. Anyway, the writing is fantastic with twists and turns. Just when you think you've figured it out, nothing! Can't wait for the next one.

New job stutters for Nichelle

Moving to a new job Nichelle finds herself without Joey and without much of her former motivations and drives. However, once a story begins to emerge Nichelle quickly flls back into the saddle and takes on both politicians and the mob to find out the truth behind the death of a seemingly insignificant drug addicted man who want to speak with her. Nice performance by Therese Plummer.

Walker has done it again!

i have enjoyed all of the Nicelle Clark series! This one is a page turner like all of the series. Mystery, intrigue, and romance in just the right amount. i am looking forward to the next book!

You did it again.

Therese Plummer is the best narrator. She makes the story so much more interesting, and exciting. Just when you think you got the story figured out, you don’t. Love it.

Another gem!!!

Couldn’t wait for this next book in the series. Nichelle does not disappoint. Great up until the end. Therese Plummer is perfect for this character. Great inflection and tone. Really believable. Wouldn’t be the same without her! Hope LynDee is hard at work writing Nichelle’s next adventure! I’m in!
