Publisher's summary

In today’s complex and challenging world, we often find ourselves facing problems for which there seem to be no answers. In this practical and inspirational book, songwriter and author David Friedman explores the idea that there are always answers, and they often come in ways we don’t expect, if only we are willing to be open to the possibilities.

In 1990, David wrote the song "Help Is on the Way" in response to the AIDS crisis. First sung by Nancy LaMott, it has since become the theme song for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and has helped raise millions of dollars for charitable and humanitarian causes around the world. Each chapter in the book is a line from the song and is filled with stories, essays, anecdotes, quotations, and practical advice. So whatever challenges you may be facing today, pick up this book, and know that help is on the way.

You Must Hear This

I met David when I was 27. I saw this man who was so lovable and I knew he was a genius. It was obvious he had a brain that was the gateway to the galaxies, full of rich thoughts. I felt his head was so packed with ideas
He couldn’t talk fast enough to get them out. I’m so glad I met David. As I write I am in a rehab and will be here for six months learning to walk again After an accident. This book has given my healing Such promise!

The song “help is on The Way “ Will give you great hope. I know now that I am being taken care of and there is a plan. You must hear David’s book. Not only is it full of stories of people who were in hopeless conditions but then Magic happened! This book has Changed my life.

In addition to the riveting stories of provision from the heavens, it is such a pleasure to listen to Davids speaking voice. In each syllable he has embedded hope. His lilting Manhattan voice sounds like music. It is comforting.

If you Are or are not in a hopeless condition This book is Guaranteed to enrich your life!

With love, Jeffrey Hancock Shonert
