Excellent Course!
If you are a first time home buyer, this is the book for you! Even if your not a "first-time" home buyer, you're still going to be able to learn something from this audio-book. Whether it's buying a home with no money down or buying a home as a investment, Robert Coleman has some great tips for you in this audiobook.
Usually I get a little leery about the author narrating his own work, but Coleman pulls it off better than anyone.
