Excellent and effective audiobook
This audiobook will change your mindset towards weight loss. Not only helpful right off the bat but creates sol
Shanice Jackson has expertly created a 10+ hour weight transforming epic that is bound to empower even the most dissuaded weight-loss hopeful. With the endless diet, health, fitness, and even psychology books out there, aimed at the goal of rapid weight loss (something that must be undertaken with great care), it is so refreshing to have an author that is kicking the crux of our weight loss issues right where it matters; our subconscious programming. This is an important title as it goes to the root of our issues (sometimes found in traumas and pains that we cannot even remember) and aids us in soothingly caring for them by way of hypnosis; an incredibly exciting concept. My favorite part about this book is the very real understanding it gives out that the focus must be on the mind and not by using sheer willpower to overcome our weight issues. The later is usually a fruitless endeavor. Kudos to Jackson for hitting it on the head.

Amazing, informative and an enjoyable listen
"Extreme Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis For Women" is the best book in this category that I have read! Jackson has brought her A game in this book. I found the information to be well thought out and the format easy to follow and listen, The narrator's tone and cadence is perfect. While I was listening to it I found myself thinking of ways this could work for me and immediately started implementing Jackson's information into my life. Not going to lie, I saw results pretty quickly. I highly recommend this book. I would give Jackson 6 starts if possible!
