Publisher's summary

SAVAGE TERROR WAITS UNDER A DARKENING MOON. Seeking to escape her psychopathic husband, Jessica Lobato flees Chicago with her five-year-old daughter Megan. Reaching the small town of Hope Springs, Oklahoma, they rent a trailer house out in the country and think they're finally safe. But this small town has a very dark secret; one that emerges when the moon is full. A pack of werewolves hides amongst the populace and secretly kills selected people to satisfy their hunger. Megan is the next chosen by the pack to be devoured during the upcoming full eclipse of the moon. Jessica is about to learn there are worse things to fear in the night than a murderous husband. Ebon Moon is a tense, bestial tale of lycanthrope horror the way a werewolf novel should be.

Good story butt…

Enjoyed the story, but virtual voice took away a lot of the suspense and drama .

The story leaves a lot unsaid.

The story leaves a lot unsaid as the history of something, here being a beast. It doesn't include beauty and the beast as it would be told historically. Some how you lose the depth of the way people do people wrong, and you only get this extremely ethical, self responsible lost savior perspective. It leaves out where did the beast come from, and hints that it is a beast and that their are other ones' out there. Some stories have this way of a singular vision, its because they didn't have the ability to entirely overcome their oppression. People die little by little everyday in the struggle to survive. This story is about a social group of people who had so much chaos/lack of leadership to their lives they almost couldn't fight something as a group. The predation of some sort has stopped them from communicating effectively to work together. It is a little "silence of the lambs" lamb story of people in a greater world that is not described here., So it is this savior mentality of the 2 young men who no one even liked because of how they thought they were losers and druggies that were bad people, that saved their lives and the day.
Overall if your able to have some knowledge of whats going on you can understand a little. It leaves you in a mid-story situation, wondering what happened before this, whats going to happen later if they said their were more of them? it follows that incomplete theme through the whole story. So just write a series of book enjoy the writing process, get creative, be expressive, get lost in the world of this book!

great story

loved , loved , this book. the only thing I would change would be a real narrator instead of a.i. . it's better to build horror and suspense. first piece of werewolf media in years that I have loved.

Computer voice is terrible

Computer generated voice made a very good story mediocre. No emotion whatsoever. Also, i think i counted the word “baby” 200,000 times. Too much and got annoying. Other than those things, the story was good

Why to kill a child???

This whole story was set to kill a child. Group of werewolves going to feast on a child. Sorry I had to skip through some chapters. The Ai voice was okay. The story was a downer for me.
