Informative and Easy to listen to

I loved this fairly short but information PACKED book! I have been on a weightloss journey and this helped give me a boost to better eating habits. I learned which foods have which nutrients and why you need them. I am grateful for a good book in an easy to listen format. Grab it and listen, you will be glad you did!

So many useful information

With all the different information out there on different types of diets, this audiobook has been a revelation. It has a focus on lifestyle change and not necessarily going on a diet which I appreciated. I particularly enjoyed learning how real food has the power to heal our body and mind and will be implementing what I have learned to my life.

A Solid Audiobook for Beginners

Eat Well & Feel Great gives a good amount of info without being overly repetitive. I found the topics clear, easy and the narrator was good.

The chapters are broken up well and I was able to skip around chapters and still follow the info. I love how its inclusive about food choice options, being not super strict and making small changes to get results.

The recipes at the end are a great bonus and easy to do. Loved it!

Enlightening

Both the author Prutha Desai and narrator Christy Lynn. This is a book that gives us an insight into how to determine what foods and lifestyle work best for you the individual listener.
I found this very interesting to listen to and particularly relevant in today’s society. It gives you guidance and does it’s best to help us to focus on how to change our lifestyle and not focus on “fad” diets which I appreciated.
It has given me a great deal to think about and I have already started to implement changes to my lifestyle so that I can eat well and feel better.

Great tips for healthier eating

I enjoyed listening to this. It was full of useful information. I have been working on my healthier diet. It's a slow process, for me. Prutha Desai just gives you information. She gives useful tips to make small changes. Christy Lynn did a really good job narrating. There are recipe that I will try.
