An ok story, I think the authors are tired

Foreshadowing so heavy it was "fore-blackouting" it makes the story overly predictable.

Scott Brick's performance was mostly perfect though. There is one or two production errors in the reading that weren't edited out though.

I absolutely love Scott Brick's readings

But for some reason the reading sounded a bit different something is slightly off. I couldn't imagine someone else reading the DUNE universe. The other complaint is I can tell Brian and Kevin have still not indulged in the spice like Frank did. Once they do they will then be able to give us more branches and fill in some more gaps.

Something wrong with audio

Love Scott Brick, however something was wrong with the sound quality of this audio. It was very noticeable first few hours and then got better but then came and went through the audio. There were times it didn’t sound like the real narrator.
Otherwise I loved this story just as I have enjoyed all the Dune series.

another good continuation of this epic story. Started a little slow but that is pretty normal for this space opera

Liked the way it ties the other books together.

Looks like the Emporium is knee deep in poo and heading for a sinkhole. Just proves no one needs this much power.

Litany of a Never-Ending Story

Dune is the classic.
Dune is the standard against which all sequels pale.
I will face this fact.
I will permit myself to accept that the original novel will not be equaled.
And when I have accepted this, I will turn to the prequels and embrace the saga.
Where these stories go, there is still much enjoyment. I will remain a fan.
