Publisher's summary

The great barrier has fallen, and now Bestich is ready to deliver his death blow to the tribes of man. His armies are augmented by exactly 100 crimson wizards, 100 dragons, and behind them looms the miles-long Beast, slithering and salivating at the prospect of consuming the remnants of humanity. Magic itself has turned on mankind.

Sam, the reluctant hero, leads his friends to the Kerilian cave on a desperate search for answers, but he is betrayed. With epic battles, strategic gambits, and frenzied defenses, mankind makes its last stand.

Philosophy 101?

Read all three books and enjoyed them, the ending is a hanger. I figure after listening you probably got a degree in philosophy and history? I’m still trying ti figure out how you got Luther and Hitler in the same sentence. And hopefully mankind will do better than you implied but I doubt it.
For anybody that just read my ramblings, I recommend these books but be prepared to think.

Games of Thrones meets Harry Potter.

The adventure continues with this third book in the series of ICOR TALES.
"With epic battles, strategic gambits and frenzied defenses, mankind makes its last stand". The series is well worth listening to and this third book really turns up the heat, and not just with Dragons!! Andrew Bathgate once again creates a gripping adventure with it's colourful characters which are beautifully and sometimes movingly brought to life by the vocal dexterity of actor narrator Tom Fairfoot.
