Helpful information

Once you begin listening, I predict you will listen to the end without stopping--the book is that good. The author seems to be a very wise and gentle person who tells us precisely what words we might say in conversation with clinically depressed relatives, spouses or friends. They are words of great healing. Helpful information including information on support groups at the end of the book.

Well explained!

I found this book easy to listen, well explained and organized, and not full of the hype that is found in many self-help books. But most of all, I found it incredibly relevant and useful, lots of well researched/evidenced methods to decrease susceptibility to depression were included in this book.

Lots of good information

The book goes over everything you need to change in your life to get yourself out of depression, the first step is you to stop being depressed.
Its not just thought its also what your eating, exercise, overall of everything

Very useful tips

I began the book a while back and like that I can get to any of it whenever, on interest, in view of a particular need. The short activities are very useful in getting you through an intense minute, yet in addition help to set up new examples of reasoning. So thankful to have this asset!!

Got great relief from anxiety

That book gave me a more profound comprehension of melancholy and why careful reflection works. Because of my circumstance, I am focused on proceeding for a mind-blowing remainder, since I realize I need to. This program spared my life truly. You don't have anything to lose, and conceivably, everything to pick up. The course didn't give medium-term, wonderful improvement for me, yet the inconspicuous and positive changes were apparent to me (and my better half!), and proceed right up 'til today. I comprehend that a contemplation practice takes a lifetime to ace, so causes me stay reasonable and tolerant with myself, and take things each day in turn.

Got great cure of my depression

I've mainly struggled with seasonal depression and have dealt with this for about 10 years now. I had listened about most of the suggestions in this book before, but had never seen them put forth in such a comprehensive and easy-to-understand system. Just listening the book gave me a lot of hope that things could get much better than they were in terms of my mood.

Step-by-step program

This is a fabulous book. I don't usually listen self-help books, but this book is amazing. It is explained clearly, it is interesting, and it sketches out a real, doable, step-by-step program not only for those with depression, but... for anyone who suffers from the stress and grind of the modern western lifestyle.

Incredible assistance to me

This book has been of incredible assistance to me, I have had heaps of things happen of late and I neglect to deal with myself now and again so something like this attempts to refocus. Furthermore, it is one you can return to when you need a boost. I figure we as a whole can appreciate something like this it gets however worries of life. I would prescribe this course for any individual who has any downturn, frenzy or tension issues

Great listen!

This book is so great for anyone who has struggled with depression. It truly works and as I follow the steps in this book, I find I’m doing better and better each day. I’ve already shared this book with several people as it has made such a difference for me. If you want to feel so much better permanently, without the side affects of anti-depressants you really should give this book a try.
