Publisher's summary
A tropical getaway. A body in the ocean. Will his single-minded pursuit of the truth reel in a murderer? Jamaica. NYPD detective Miles Jordan’s sharp sense of justice doesn’t take time off. So during a glass-bottom boat tour crowded with passengers, it’s his eagle-eyes that spot a naked corpse submerged in the clear blue waters. And after the female victim is identified as an American, he shrugs off his vacation and agrees to help the locals solve the brutal homicide.
Wary of the police’s motives, Miles is skeptical when a suspect is quickly apprehended and he’s ordered to sign off the case. But his instincts push him to continue the investigation on his own… even as his precinct boss threatens to revoke his badge. Can the relentless cop net the culprit before he loses his career?
Death of the Saltwater Blonde is the breezy first book in the Miles Jordan Mystery Thriller series. If you like intelligent heroes, perplexing puzzles, and lavish destinations, then you’ll love J. C. Ceron’s killer holiday. Buy Death of the Saltwater Blonde to embark on a lethal outing today!

Story
In The Worst of You, just-wed architects Timo and Nia flee a murder scene, setting in motion a chain reaction of lies and betrayals that threaten to unravel everything they have built together. Twisted and propulsive, this thriller is told from the alternating perspectives of the couple and those close to them on Williwaw Island, each with their own motive to use the outcome of the murder case to their advantage. When a huge storm sweeps up the coast, trapping everyone on tiny Williwaw Island, it’s a race against time—and the elements — to stop the murderer from striking again.

Story
It was 1970 in a defeated Rhode Island fishing town. Vietnam and Nixon dominated the national news. Both the near and distant future looked bleak. But they were five inseparable high school friends with something incredible in common: an unwavering resolve to look after each other no matter what hell life threw at them. And they were on a mission. The plan was simple: Go off the grid before they turned 18 to avoid the draft. They’d sell some grass, stack some cash, then head west and start a commune. What could possibly go wrong?

Good cop story
Always looking for good detective work. This one hit the mark. Very entertaining. A little short , which is a good thing because I had a hard time putting it down. Looking forward to next book in the series.
