Cody and Emma awkwardly reconnect on a blind date which Emma doesn’t recognize him at all but Cody remember her because she his bully. Emma is a freelance journalist who is down on her luck. Cody is the next in line to take over his grandfather's company. And his grandfather want him to have a family so Emma and Cody make a deal to be in a fake relationship and things start heating up and surprise baby. Which make it all real until Cody grandfather passes away and that when things get complicated for the couple because they are separated which was an unnecessary conflict.

ITS SUPPOSE TO BE FAKE

Cody and Emma. Without giving away any of the circumstances all I can say is there is anomosity, mean girls, shaming, disappointment, blind date, arguments, jeolousy, anger, self loathing, must marry to inheriate, sibling interactions, parental disappointment, high school classmates, selfishness, emotional chaos, highschool first love and broken heart, highschool bullying, brothers BF, misunderstanding, surprises, enlightenment, seeing each other in a different light, disrespective. green envy. They form a pact. Suppose to be fake. This book a a little longer that nessessary but interesting.

Great story

Cory and Emma have great chemistry together. Enjoyed this story and their dynamics. The narrators do a good job. Highly recommended.

Some sound distortion in random places ….I listened at 1.6 speed…. It was hard to like her at first and her voice was borderline annoying but the couple grew on me.

I really enjoyed listening to this story. I liked the characters and storyline so much. It was very entertaining and I think that y'all are going to love it too. Happy listening.

Surprise baby

I enjoyed the character development in the story. Emma went through a lot from bulling to her parents' divorce which she viewed as a betrayal. She latches onto the first group of friends to befriend her even though they turn out to be bullies themselves. After high school Emma gets set up on a date who ends up being Cody one of the guys her new friend group bullied while Emma did nothing but watch. Cody also happens to be Emma's brothers' best friend.

Damaged Boss Daddy!

This story is good and interesting. The story is about Cody and Emma. They are having a blind date with each other but there is more, they have a past. He recognizes her but she does not recognize him. This story deals with bullies, past traumas and surprises along the way. I like the story but got a little whip lash from the characters drama. Both must deal with their pasts in order to move forward. The narration was good but there are problems in the recording with it going from a whisper, skipping, speeding up and other issues.

Damaged Boss Daddy by Mia Sterling. I thought this book was entertaining. The author does a good job keeping you vested in the story and outcomes. This book is filled with a good mix of mild yet entertaining drama, charming characters, and steamy bits. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Worthwhile listen

I enjoyed the narrarators for this story, but there were multiple points of distortion in the recording. Also, the female main character needed to grow up. I couldn't understand her character participating in or allowing the bullying. I received a free copy for review. Overall, I still enjoyed the story.
