I really like the introduction of the book since it explains the purpose of affirmations.
The affirmations are great, one thing that could be improved I'd say is to have affirmations set for each day instead of having a chapter with all the affirmations.

Powerful listen!
Wow! This book really packs a punch! The 3 hours FLEW by because I was so hyped from the affirmations. Tinsley digs deep into the psyche of black males and reinforces strong KINGS! Highly recommend!
