Over all pretty good

What did you like best about Being Positive and Staying Positive? What did you like least?

I found this to ok. Not too deep if you are want more than basic encouragement. It focuses a lot on the work place in the second half. I'm not employed outside the home so that part really didn't relate to me. I liked the narrator.

Could you see Being Positive and Staying Positive being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

No

Cheesy

This is probably the worst positive thinking book I have ever read & I have read several. To need this kind of advice, a person must really be down on themselves.
