Simple but good

As someone who grew up in the northeast and consumed a lot of Dunkin over the years, I was excited to pick this one up and revisit the history of the donut / coffee company. Inside it, I found some fun business and product stories, many of which brought me back to the Coolata and Munchkin-filled days of my youth.

The book itself is fairly simple, but it’s still a fun and enjoyable read, especially for fans of the Dunkin brand. Though it won’t necessarily change your life, it will be a good complement to a brand that likely already has. Check it out if you run on Dunkin yourself.

One of the rare books you can listen to on 1.5x speed. At least for me. Great story, tons of detail. A gentleman’s telling of a 35 year career serving his employees and customers; as CEO of Dunkin’.

Great combination

I love this book because it was an excellent history about Dunkin’ Donuts and interspersed was a great leader of a company and his wise information. The book is a perfect balance. It’s great for people who want to know the history of Dunkin’ Donuts and also for people who want to develop better business savvy

Lessons you can use right away

As a QSR business owner who grew up with the Dunkin brand all around. This was a lesson upon lesson about how to be a better company. The goal setting was consistent with many other leaders that I have heard and reinforces that concept in business and home.

Insightful and Impressive

Dunkin is one of my favorite brands. I enjoyed the entire history and focus on the people, brand and simplifying the strategy. Become an expert and focus. Good stuff. Thanks.
