Really Great Affirmations For Men

This audiobook on affirmations for men does a great job of highlighting the importance of mental wellness for men, which usually gets overlooked. I appreciated how it openly addressed challenges to emotional health while also providing daily positive statements. While I am not male, I appreciated how useful these affirmations were. On top of all that, the author includes over 1 1/2 hours of bonus affirmations. If you are a guy that understands how affirmations literally rewire your brain, then I wouldn't pass this one up.

A powerful guide!

Taking care of mental health is really important. It doesn't matter whether it's a man or a woman, both should have the privilege to talk about their struggles and their mental health issues. In our society, the struggles of men are often overlooked and the support to toxic masculinity is an issue where I think we get wrong. This book highlights all the sensitive and positive aspects of men's mental health and their strength. I recommend it to all men to listen to it but I would also recommend it to women to understand men better.
