Great Advice for Women with ADHD
I just completed listening to "ADHD Women" by Wilda Hale, and I found the book to be incredibly insightful. Although I have never been officially diagnosed with ADHD, many of the scenarios and symptoms described by the author resonated with me. My struggle with organization has been a constant challenge, especially now that I'm raising a toddler and face frequent interruptions, which seem to exacerbate my ADHD symptoms, leading to forgetfulness.
