Practical advise without unnecessary theory
As with most Memory books, the author provides several tools to help improve your memory. Although many of these we've all heard before, the author presents a easy to follow approach without the unnecessary theoretical details.

don't waste your money
This book did not ofer any new insight and was downright poorly presented. I did not find it helpful at all -- at least not as far as I can remember.
