Great Book

Great read. Very thorough with just enough detail so that it’s palpable and informative. Lots of rules of thumb that provide a good playbook for CRE PE. Highly recommend.

As someone who is on the inside working on these deals daily on the broker side, this is golden information for anyone looking to get an understanding on how the buy side works in CRE transactions. Gold!!
