Insightful
I’m a 30 year pr/ comms veteran. I found this TJ be an insightful and delightful read as we. As Ickes with fantastic war stories and anecdotes from someone who worked in the trenches. Hat tip to the author, Capricia.

16 hours of protocol...WOOHOO!
Don't let the title fool you, this is 100% about protocol, i.e., bread to the left and drinks to the right. You can remember that by making two "okay signs" with your hands, the left looks like a "b" for bread and the right "d" for a drink. GOT IT????
Now multiple that by 16 hours! What's not to love!
