Hard to accept realities that are true for you!
The author gives very blunt, honest, and energetic advice on what you need to do to be more successful. He shares a brief story of his own lazy to successful transformation, and then gives step-by-step direction as to what you can change in your life to have your own transformation. If your trying to figure out how to stop being lazy and get more things done, this is a great introduction. Each chapter is a short essay, which is super easy to read and apply.

Practical and straight forward
My favorite part is the mention of taking control of your own reality. Deciding for something and disregarding anything to the contrary. We shouldn't let our missteps get us off course toward are little and huge objectives. I would suggest perusing the intensity of propensity book after this.

This book can help you to remove negativity
I continued and finished the book in less than an hour. Fortunately, I was able to find a few more great new ideas as well as a few reminders of things I know I should be doing, but needed the kick in the pants to start. I let other people take up my time and move me off track. Damon gives you an insight of getting back on track and staying there.
