I love Carolyn Myss, but her voice should not be used to guide meditations. it's is not conducive to relaxing

Absolutely My Best Meditation -- Ever!
I've NEVER meditated so deeply or so well, and I have TRIED so many times.
Of course, I love Caroline Myss's work anyway ... but there is something extra special in this. Maybe because we're in the whole Lion's Gate portal / New Moon / and "it's my birthday" energy?
Simply magical -- I would give it TEN stars, if I could. The time just sort of melted away. Thank you! #MoreMyssMeditation

Meditation for everyone with a high or low stress
This is a great meditation for the end of the day before going home or once your at home. This meditation will ground you and center you all at the same time. I recommend this meditation for everyone with a high stress or low stress job.

Extremely grounding and powerful! I loved it and have been practicing this meditation as frequently as possible.
Awesome, especially loved the "copper cord" as I have always felt a connection to copper and even have a moonstone, tourmaline and copper oragone pyramid.
