My kids need to read this

The reason behind the title is that SO much of what is covered in here is stuff I've been telling my kids for 20+ years, especially the water part. Water regulates your bowels, can eliminate headaches, and lead to clearer skin.
I have an MA in Counseling Psychology and work as a therapist so the suggestions on how to change a mindset are dead on, and while the word "mindfulness" is often seen, it's because it works. It is something I have most of my clients work on, taking control of your thoughts, how to chase out the negative ones. I like the strong recommendation to start small. It seems that whenever most people go full on change, it usually doesn't last a week.

Very informative

Wow, what a great book! I enjoyed that this book was well organized, flowed well and didn’t dwell too long on any one point while still being thorough. I think part of the battle with self improvement is motivation and other like thinkers. If you need any kind of support, then this book is definitely for you. It helps the reader feel supported and capable. I feel like a new person. Would 100% recommend!

Everything you need to get unstuck!

Loved it! This book offers so much useful advice to get unstuck and helped me to stop procrastinating and get my mojo back! From personal self care reminders to building relationships with others, the author reminds us of what is truly important in life and how to weed out the stuff that may be keeping you stuck. Well written and narrated - I'm recommending this to all my friends and family and to anyone else out there who might need a little boost in the right direction!

Uplifting!

This is the perfect book if you want to change your negative mindset and start thinking positively.
What I love the most about this book is that it goes into detail on the positive impact of food and how proper nutrients improve your mental health.
Since listening to this book I have implemented the guidance and methods the author has taught me to build better habits and turn my negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve the quality of their life both mentally and physically.
This book will allow you to live life with more confidence!

This book really helped me on a day that I was feeling low but hearing this on audible gave me some hope and help to let me know I'm not alone in life and to appreciate the small things in life and to keep my thoughts in the positive not negative. I recommend this book to anyone that needs a pick up on life 🙏

Exactly what I need!!

I'm half way through listening and I need to get the hardcopy so I can make notes and reflect back on the good points. This is an excellent read and I am already feeling unstuck!!!

Acknowledge and Acceptance

The examples are very relatable. I'm only to chapter 4 and this book is full of reality checks. I'm pausing to take notes because I WANT to try these exercises and challenges. I am excited about what I am going to work through and excited for my new outlook and new attitude on life and everything about it from now on. I'm excited to experience a happy me. I am so thankful I stopped to listen, God led me to find this. Thank you❤️🙏
