Dream Circus

After Andrea's brother, Francis, disappeared, everything changed. Her world turned upside down, and there was nothing she could do to right it. So when she discovers a magical dream world called Reverie in the woods near her home, Andrea jumps at the chance to escape her pain and go inside. In a city covered in ice and ruin, a group of magicians face off in a daring game of magical feats to find the next headliner of the Conquering Circus, only to find themselves under the threat of an unseen danger striking behind the scenes. As each act becomes more and more risky and the number of missing magicians piles up, three are forced to reckon with their secrets before the darkness comes for them next.

There’s also a brokenhearted family in need of some healing: Holt—a former Stallion Star and war veteran; his daughter, Milly—a budding scientist with little interest in taking up the family act; and her little brother, Joe—a clumsy kid who longs to be in the ring.

Late one evening as the stars begin to twinkle, Harper and her friends are flying on her magic scarlet umbrella when they see a girl running on air. She leads them to the Circus of Dreams, a menagerie of wonders suspended in the sky. There, they meet the mesmerizing mermaid acrobat, the spectacular circus baker, and the mysterious fortune-teller, all more dazzling than even Harper could dream up. But as the friends learn about the Circus of Dreams, they discover an important secret about Harper’s past that could change everything....

Nothing bad ever happens in the quiet little town of Hope. However, when the circus rolls in one misty morning in late October, everyone decides to go see what they have. Even the Jorgenson family and their 8 year old son Noah head on down to the circus big top, but when it is time to leave he is nowhere to be found. With the help of Sheriff Langley, his parents search the premises, but they don't find him. Now that it is closing time, they are forced to leave in hopes that he will come home. Will they ever find him and all the other children that have gone missing from other towns?
