Tomon Ralph and the Star Siren Publisher's summary

In a new Gold Rush out on the galactic rim, men are prospecting for Earth-like worlds to meet the demand of an aggressively expanding galactic civilization. They are the Rim Hunters, and these are their stories.

Tomon Ralph, a lonely prospector, is hot on the trail of a Class-L planet and a big payday when he diverts to investigate the possible crash site of a long-missing colony ship. What he finds could be the most precious discovery he has ever made....

Note: This is a 10,000-word short story, not a novel.
