First aired on WJZ-NBC (NBC Blue) on 6 november 1939, starring Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes and Nigel Bruce as Dr. Watson. Original sponsor ad by Bromo Quinine included.

This is an adaptation of Arthur Conan Doyle's short story : The Adventure of the Bruce-Partington Plans (1908).
