Nickle Brickle'Bee

Nickle finds himself sucked into the center of the earth, where he finds nothing but magic and mayhem. Amid horrifying monsters, fairies that are in open rebellion, a greedy dwarf warlord, and an indestructible but blind adversary, Nickle finds himself in the middle of a power struggle that could mean the end of this new world.

Nickle Brickle’Bee is odd, even by his own standards. While most boys are starting to get hair under their arms, Nickle starts growing whiskers on his chin. By the time he is 12, he can grow a full beard. Then, one day, Nickle finds himself swallowed by the earth and taken to the center of the world, where he finds a massive magical city called EarthWorks that is governed by a myriad of powerful creatures.

Nickle Brickle’Bee and Jason Burntworth are having the best year of their lives. That is, until they run into a Demon that should be safely trapped behind the FireWall. The creature steals a valuable artifact, which enables it to spawn more Demons like itself. In pursuit of the artifact, Nickle and Jason follow the clues to Harbordeen Academy, one of the most prestigious schools in EarthWorks. They team up with Sharlindrian and go undercover to reveal the truth of this new enemy. But, will they succeed in time?

With the appearance of Demons, the city of EarthWorks is more chaotic than ever. A dispute between Atlanteans, Scathians, and the Orcs of the StoneRidge Mountains spirals out of control, leading to a hunt for a powerful relic known as the Eye of Atlantia. Nickle and his group join forces with a powerful Elf, who pulls them into the conflict. Soon, all four teams are seeking the relic for their own purposes, but one has more sinister goals than all the rest. But can Nickle stop them in time?

The Queen of Nordum is gaining more power by the day, sending shockwaves of fear throughout the magical world. Nickle and his friends must go to the floating Isles of Balinbar if they are to have any hope of stopping her. Among flying airships and surreal displays of magic, they discover a growing tension between four separate island states.
