Megan is a 13-year-old girl who realizes that she has psychic powers that others do not have. At first, she tried to talk to her mother about them, but with disastrous consequences, so she learned to keep quiet about them. However, some people did offer to help, and an animal showed a special friendship, but they were not "alive" in the normal sense of the word. They had passed on.

Megan is concerned about her father's health because she has never seen him ill before, so she decides to try using her psychic powers to cure him. In the end, she uses a combination of her gifts and the internet to discover ways to help him recover. Her spirit guide Wacinhinsha gives her a lecture on medicine and its application, especially from the Spiritualist point of view.

In Megan Goes on Holiday, the family goes on holiday abroad and Megan becomes besotted with the place. On her return home, she makes a bit of a fool of herself by pretending to be what she is not and showing off. However her mother and a few others bring her back to reality. Her spirit guide Wacinhinsha gives her an explanation for her recent infatuation with her holiday destination.

Humanity comes into contact with an alien life form that is very technologically advanced. Will a technologically advanced alien race be benign toward a less developed race? When they return to their home laboratory, it is discovered that time has shifted back almost two seconds when the family compares the conventional clock and the laboratory computer’s clock. Akiyoshi Stewart suggests that the time difference is actually a result of a tear in the fabric of space-time. Later that night, the security alarms are triggered by an intruder wearing a military-type masking suit. Are these visitors human or aliens, and what do they want?

In Megan Goes Yachting, Megan and her family are invited to go sailing from Feyton Yacht Club by two of Rob's friends, Ray and Marlene. Even Suzanne is enthusiastic about the idea, but the experience doesn't work out exactly as expected although an enjoyable weekend was had by all and Jane got to go as well. Megan goes to visit her paternal grandparents in west Wales. While she is there, she goes hiking along the cliffs on the coast and discovers an ancient cave. She gathers her courage and ventures inside. It is gloomy, but she definitely gets the feeling that she is in touch with a prehistoric civilisation that once used the cave system...especially in their funeral rites!

It’s been 30 years since the incident, and things are finally starting to settle down. Nobles enjoy specimens of illegal dinosaur meat in the black market, future cyberpunks hack the system in the back of dodgy restaurants, and the Age of Magic is alive and well in the form of advanced weaponry. Overlooking them is none other than the Kingdom of Camelot.

The axis alliance between Britain, France, and Germany in the Euro Zone has been broken and The East Asian Republic is also changed by the events that transpired at the World Council meeting in London, with the death of its Great Leader, the cyborg Long Wei. His successor, General Chi, also a cyborg, is allied to witches of Priddy, Somerset, but they are confronted on the astral plane by Psychic Warriors and the Stewart family, who are natural telepaths.
