Welcome to The Your Level Fitness Podcast. I am Daryl Perry, and this show is for anyone who has spent years or even decades navigating the ups and downs of a weight loss journey. What we focus on here is building a forever active lifestyle by taking an inside/out approach.
So much of the fitness industry has marketed against your insecurities, convincing you that once you hit a certain goal you will finally feel better about yourself. Many of us have chased those promises for most of our lives. What I want for you is different. I want you to actually enjoy this process, not just talk yourself into it. Eating well, exercising, and staying active are fundamental to quality of life. They matter, and you deserve to experience them in a way that feels doable and fulfilling.
If you are listening to this, it is important to remember just how resilient you are. Even when you felt like giving up, you came back. You have continued to show up for yourself despite everything life has thrown at you. That resilience is the foundation for everything moving forward.

And consistency is not just something you either have or you don’t. It is a skill you can strengthen by showing up again and again.
