You’re In For a Sweet Surprise!/Pastor Femi Paul/Holy Communion Service

During our Holy Communion Service, Pastor Femi Paul ministered a prophetic word titled You’re In For a Sweet Surprise, reminding us that God is renowned for extraordinary and unending surprises. Drawing from Job 5:9, we were encouraged to expect divine interventions beyond human calculation. Through the story of the widow in 2 Kings 4, we were reminded that even when situations appear empty, God often begins miracles with what is already within our reach . What looked like just a jar of oil became the very source of provision that cleared debts and secured a future for her family. The message emphasised a powerful truth: there is often a miracle already present in what we have, whether in our house or in our hands. PFP also reminded us through the stories of Naomi, Moses, and Sarah that circumstances never have the final say over God’s promises. Naomi returned feeling empty, Moses saw only an ordinary rod in his hand, and Sarah faced the impossibility of age, yet God transformed each situation. The same God still works today, turning emptiness into abundance and disappointment into joy. As we received communion, we were encouraged to believe that God can change any circumstance for the better and that in His timing, laughter and unexpected blessings can still arise. Confession: Lord, I receive fresh strength today and I believe that You are turning my circumstances for the better and preparing a sweet surprise for my life.
