But some people think it's a "bait n switch," because it replaces it with a QR code that still has a yearly tax and your information can get pulled up by anyone scanning it. A precedent has been set in Louisiana to weaken property rights in Louisiana. The HB7 vote could be a decision that gives business and industry too much access to private property.
