    A precedent has been set in Louisiana to weaken property rights in Louisiana. The HB7 vote could be a decision that gives business and industry too much access to private property. If the decision itself does not weaken property rights, the process that happened could be a blueprint on how to get access to property rights in the future through the Legislative process. America be warned. As I always say, "what is happening in each State can be coming to your State too."
