Excellent debut episode
Bill Maher promised us a podcast featuring people who wouldn't fit on Real Time just talking about everything and nothing, and he delivers. It really does feel like we're listening to two friends chatting, even as they're sitting down together for the first time. I could have done without their mutual masturbation over what an amazing human being Jeff Bezos is even as the ACLU, Amnesty International, and other human rights organization have had to continually call him to task over the past several years, but I suppose that's to be expected when listening to two rich, old, white men talking. In any case, that part is over quickly, and the rest of the conversation is charming, funny, and informative. Well done, and I'm looking forward to the journey this podcast takes us on. Great start, Bill (and Bill)!

Shatners hand up Bills Ass!!!
Bill gets deep with the captain. good show who doesn't love kirk. Definitely an entertaining chat. really enjoying this podcast.

Awesome! What a treat!
As a fan of both Bill Maher and Bill Shatner, what a delight to listen in on this conversation. Yes, I would love to sit in on the casual discussions in the bar after the show and now I have!
I never miss Real Time and when Bill almost got railroaded for using the 'N' word in a joke I called HBO and told them I would cancel my subscription if they fired him. They wisely didn't and it all became a teachable moment.
When Bill Shatner made Star Trek 6 I had the honor of shaking his hand and thanking him for his work! I'm so happy that this national treasure is still with us and showing us so many more possibilities of living in this strange world.
And to Bill Maher, thanks for bringing Bill Shatner as your first guest in your great new podcast. What a pleasure to see so much more depth to this wonderful man than we are normally able to witness.
To Bill Shatner, stay busy my dear friend. Keep on showing us all the facets of the stars.
