This episode felt really off brand

I know we all have to monetize our work. But 15 minutes of ads and self promoting before getting into the topic of a 25 minute episode? I felt my time was being wasted, which I have never ever felt with this show. My previous reviews of their have been 5 stars, you gotta listen to this. I'd be uncomfortable referring someone to this episode though.
