How do you make a community for creators?

I don't know the answer to that question because that's not how things began. C&C started out as a 'workshop' for podcast enthusiasts. Since then, it has become a community that houses some of the country's best creative talent; featuring marketers, creative strategists, and creators. We have offline 'episodes', where our members discuss, debate, and workshop new (and old) ideas. As you might have guessed, there's the coffee that keeps us going. ;) My goal is for chapters or 'seasons' of C&C to charter across the world's most creative cities. Watch the video to found out how!
