Who or what is Babylon the Great, spoken of at Revelation, chapter 18? To answer that question, you have to consider what Ancient Babylon was. Ancient Babylon was the epicenter for arts, culture, science, math, writing, products, services, paved roads, societal advancement, technology, skyscrapers, and more. So Babylon the Great must be Ancient Babylon on steroids!
Jehovah´s Witnesses believe that Babylon the Great signifies the global empire of false religion. And while it is undeniable that Ancient Babylon was a hub for false gods and religion, it was sooo much more than that!!! Let´s take a deep dive on who and what Babylon the Great is.
