What I Realized

Scrolling through my old photos, was like going back in time. Carson, our now 6 year old, was only a year old and just coming into his personality. Our house was different, our yard was different, we were different, especially me.

I remember having a tough time adjusting to motherhood and what that meant for my marriage. It was such a hard time to navigate, but somewhere along the way, we got through it. We adjusted, we adapted. It was a gradual process so I didn't really notice that we made it through. We were on the other side of it.

Now, as your couples around us are having kids, they have reached out to my husband and I, and we are able to speak from experience how we got through it.

A simply scroll through my old photos allowed me to have a big realization, and I share that with you during today's episode.
