Hi my love,
Last week I did something that felt… a little crazy.
I turned off my phone.
Completely.
For almost seven days.
What started as a simple fast turned into something much deeper than I expected.
It opened my eyes to how often we reach for distractions, how much time quietly slips away, and how much we miss when our attention gets pulled in a hundred directions.
It also created space for some really beautiful moments with my family and with God.
In today’s episode of the podcast, I’m sharing:
* what led me to do this fast
* what I noticed during those seven days
* why I believe this kind of fast could be incredibly powerful during Lent
If you’ve been craving more peace, more presence, and more space to actually hear God in your life, I think this episode will really speak to you!
After you listen, I’d love to hear from you.
Would you ever try a phone fast? Let me know in the comments below.
God bless, my love!
