WELCOME TO THE SOUL FOOD PODCAST

***Mic check…This was supposed to be a test run session to figure out this podcasting thing & to kick off the podcast series but we ended up getting into some pretty interesting conversations about religion, christianity and a little bit about what we believe being African is about. We haven’t figured it all out…but we want to expose more people to the things we have found out in the hopes that you’ll be able to better “INNERSTAND” whatever is the truth as It resonates with your spirit & most importantly, cultivate the habit of looking at everything objectively, not literally & without sentiment.
