I love the show!!! Stumbled across it by accident as we are going to Italy for the second time and I just fell in love with Katy and Josie and all the guests!!! The enthusiasm and love you have for Italy is so infectious and just makes me want to hop on a plane and never come back! I lost a bit of my heart and soul in Rome and Venice....xx

Thank you for the fun and interesting talk about the best pizza in Napoli. Your guest was funny and reminded me of my trip to Napoli in 2018.
My children, 11&13, loved the pizza in Napoli. My kids asked our waiter about how they made this delicious pizza. The waiter took my kids to the back where they made the pizza. My son said the oven was so hot that it made his cheeks red. Italians really do love kids! My kids still mention their tutorial on how to make Napoli pizza!!

Napoli pizza!!

I'd like to preface my remarks by saying that overall I felt this episode was more for ppl who've been to Italy before and are looking to make a more focused (or deeper dive) trip.
That being said, even for myself, an Italy virgin (and 1 who is still just thinking about it) there were a lot of useable tips. I particularly appreciated the advice of focusing on a region. I'm starting to feel this way about all travel - I actually think it's a more efficient use of my time. (Although I am a big fan of looking into places along a route where I need to make a connection - do they have left luggage so I can get out and wander for a couple of hours? or might it be better to stop there overnight? Is there a more scenic route? Travel days should be enjoyable too, not just a means to an end)

Some useful tips
