Man, Johnny has a lot of wisdom and emotional strength, I aspire to be more like him.

His story is very relatable for me as I was in detention centers and group homes growing up. Unfortunately I haven’t grown emotionally as much as him and that’s actually hard and embarrassing to say out loud.

Honestly I was at my lowest when I saw him on soft white underbelly and his words were very powerful and they moved me. I don’t ever get “moved” so I decided to seek out more of his content and I’m glad I found this.

Also, I’m not a religious person AT all but you don’t need to be to get past that and find some extremely helpful life advice in his words.

If the modern day preacher was more like this I might even consider physically attending a service, that’s how much his words moved me.
