Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe GO OFF For Sixers In Big Win Over Wolves | PHLY Sixers Postgame

Thanks to hot perimeter shooting from Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe and Quentin Grimes, a strong showing on the glass and dominating the possession battle, the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 135-108 to snap their ugly four game losing streak and improve to 31-26 on the season.

The Sixers were led by Tyrese Maxey (39 points, eight assists) and VJ Edgecombe (24 points, seven rebounds), who both bombed away from the perimeter as the Sixers shot 57% from deep, outscoring the Wolves by 33 points from beyond the arc. Quentin Grimes chipped in with a huge performance off the bench, with 19 points, and seven assists in his 28 minutes of play.

The Wolves, playing without Rudy Gobert, were led by Anthony Edwards (28 points, nine rebounds).
