Half of the Meditation is guided, the rest is music. Still I enjoyed it. It is different in a way it is constructed for other Dispenza’s meditations

I’m finding myself in a way I never thought possible and I owe it to Joe Dispenza.

the intensity was not what i expected

i guess i got my self into a much stronger place of suggestibility thani expected and this meditation did not fail to deliver wow

good music. bad narration

The narration is creepy, hokey and distracting. it's hard to take seriously. it's too bad considering the music is good
