    We delve into a little bit about Troy's experience in an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, his childhood Trauma, being in an abusive relationship, having life changing injuries and overcoming Adjustment disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, CPTSD and PTSD, to now being the founder of a major Mental Health and Disability service and also a Qualified counsellor and drug and alcohol worker, specialising codependency and narcissistic abuse and helping teens with ASD live full lives.

    We are 4 guys with colourful backgrounds, ex Bikies, ex Alcoholic's, ex Drug users and ex cons that have reformed, gone back to university and now all work in the health care industry as Counsellors, Support Workers, Volunteers, Group leaders in Mental Health and Disability sectors, giving talks in a non clinical manner, in a way we wish we had of been told it when we needed it! We also have suffered things like major depression disorder, BPD, NPD, PTSD, CPTSD (complex trauma), Bi Polar, Adjustment Disorder, ASD, ADHD, Abusive Relationships, Life Changing injuries a losses just to name a few.
